What is your return policy?
ANYStickerUWant.com does not offer refunds or exchanges. Each decal is made per order, as orders are received to insure the customer gets a fresh, quality product each and every time. For this reason we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If the decals contain an error on our part they will be replaced immediately at no charge. If the decal that you received contained an error, please check your order to make sure that the information provided when the order was placed was correct. If the error is our fault we will gladly replace the decal at no charge. We ask that pictures be emailed to us for review and quality control before attempting to install them, as we are not responsible for installation errors. If installation was attempted before pictures were taken, no refund can be issued. We strongly suggest having a professional install our kits.
If your decal was damaged in any way when it arrives, please take pictures of the damage before attempting to install them and send the images to us. All orders are insured. The shipping company requires an image of the product and of the package it was shipped in. We will gladly reship your decals as soon as images are supplied.
How do I cancel an order already placed?
Being as our stickers are made to order, orders cannot be canceled after the first few hours order is made. We cut and ship our stickers quickly, in order to get them to you in a timely manner, therefore when an order is made, its processed and cut almost immediately, thus orders cannot be canceled. Please be sure of purchase before ordering.
What color is the background?
Decals look painted on when applied. The decal is applied on the smooth surface, with the color of the surface applied to showing through the image.
What is a vinyl cut decal? Is it printed?
Vinyl cut decals are cut from a roll of vinyl similar to a wide roll of pinstripe tape, and adhere to any smooth surface just like any current logos/designs on your vehicle. Our decals are cut from vinyl, not a printed design. We produce multi color graphics by layering the vinyl.
How do you size the decals? Is the size listed the width or the height?
The size of each decal is listed on most product pages, or made for certain vehicles. We can make any of our designs for any make/model vehicle you want, just message us. On the graphics with size choices many are listed as the width of the longest side as your choice
Do you have a catalog?
We use our online catalog as our visual representation and don’t offer a printed catalog. New decals are added regularly and it would be impossible to keep up in print. Please bookmark our site and visit often to view the latest additions.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Decal orders are mailed out within 2 days of payment being received.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service, or UPS.
How much is shipping?
Shipping amount is based on the order total.
Can I put my decal on the inside of the window?
By default, the decals are cut to be applied to the outside. If you want the decals cut for inside application please describe in detail exactly how you want your decals made in the comment field when checking out. The decals will arrive with the adhesive applied to the face of the decal if you choose them to be for the inside of the window.
Do you offer different sizes than the ones listed?
If you need a size not listed or if you need the decal to fit within a certain size area please order the closest size and add a note in the special instructions box during the checkout process of the exact size that you need the decal to be cut. Please also include a valid phone number or email address so we can contact you if we have any questions.
Do you make custom decals?
For custom decals made from your own design or artwork please use the contact us page and give us the details of what you are looking for. We can do ANYTHING you need.
Do you have other colors than the ones listed in the catalog?
If you need a color not listed in the catalog please use the contact us page to let us know of the color desired, or make of vinyl wanted. We can get just about any color you can think of now as the choices are just about as big of a selection as paint now. Prices may vary depending on the type wanted.
Will my rear window defrost or wiper blade hurt the decal?
The rear window defrost will hot hurt the decal. The defrost does not get hot enough to cause damage to the vinyl. If you have a rear window windshield wiper you may want to apply the decal in the top center or in a corner out of reach of the wiper blade. The wiper blade may cause the decal to start to peel on the outer edges and with a lot of use the wiper blade rubbing over the decal may cause your wiper blade to wear out.
What is an etched glass decal?
Etched glass decals are cut using a specialty gray frosted translucent type vinyl and when applied to a glass surface give the illusion of the image being etched into the glass. The etched glass decals look beautiful on tinted windows and all glass surfaces and mirrors.
Can I design my own decal?
You can enter any special instructions about the size, text or layout and design of your order in the special instructions box during the checkout process. Please provide a valid email address or phone number so we can contact you if we have any questions. You can also use the contact us page for special requests not currently on our site. We can do ANYTHING you are looking for.
I only need lettering. Can I order a text decal without any artwork?
You can order custom text decals from our "custom" section of our website. If you do not see exactly what you are looking for, just contact us, and we will work with you to get you exactly what you are wanting. Nothing is too small, big, or wild. We do it ALL.
Do you ship C.O.D.?
ANYStickerUWant.com does not accept C.O.D. orders. Our company accepts most major credit cards and PayPal options through our online catalog. We can accept your credit card number on the site or by phone. Regular mail orders are accepted with a check or money order. Please see our contact us page for mailing address.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Shipping confirmations are sent to your email address when the order ships. The shipping confirmation email contains your tracking number and a link to track delivery when applicable. If you don’t receive the confirmation the email was returned to us as undeliverable. This can happen when there is an error in the email address on the order.
What if I received a shipping confirmation but never received my order?
If you received a shipping confirmation email and you haven’t received your order within ten business days of the original shipping date please contact us by email or by phone Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST at 513-657-8080.
Do you have bulk order pricing?
We offer the decals at a discount when you order in quantity of 12 or more. Pricing is dependent on the design, size and quantity ordered. To receive discount pricing please email the information for the decals, design, size and quantity and any artwork that you many have. When the information is received a sample will be provided by email along with pricing and ordering information.
What type of surfaces do the decals stick to?
The decals are cut with the same vinyl material that is used for vehicle graphics and outdoor signage with outdoor durability of seven years.
Vinyl cut out decals can be applied to windows, walls, cars, trucks, walls, boats, motorcycles, metal, most plastics, fiberglass, mailboxes, mirrors, aluminum etc. Just about ANY smooth surface.
Clean the area well to remove any dust and oily residue. The decals will not adhere to a surface that has been waxed. You can wax over the decals after application they just won’t stick to the wax. The decals can also accept a clear coat if needed.
By default, the decals are cut to be applied to the outside. We offer the option for a reverse cut for inside application during the checkout process.
My car was in an accident and I lost my decal.
Insurance will normally cover the cost of your replacement decal if you provide a receipt with your insurance claim. If you don’t have your receipt you can call or email and we will be glad to send a copy.
